Automatic gates are the highest-touch part of any fence install. They have to look right, open every day for years, and survive Florida weather. We build and hang the gate; the operator vendor handles the automation.

Keypads, transponders, RFID, cellular access (open from your phone), telephone entry systems, intercoms with video, and integration with property management software. We work on the major commercial operator platforms, including LiftMaster, DoorKing, and HySecurity.

Will an automatic gate work during a power outage?
Yes. Every automatic gate we install includes battery backup as standard, so the gate keeps opening and closing through a power outage, and you can manually disengage it in an emergency.
Can I open my gate from my phone?
Yes. We install LiftMaster myQ cellular access on most automatic gates. You get a phone app that opens the gate, shows open/close history, and grants temporary access codes for deliveries and vendors.
How long does an automatic gate take to install?
Install duration depends on gate configuration (slide vs swing vs cantilever), the access-control system, operator brand and component availability, and any permitting required. We give a realistic timeline in your written quote so there are no surprises.
What's the difference between a cantilever gate and a slide gate?
Both roll open sideways instead of swinging. A cantilever gate is counterbalanced on rollers and never touches the ground, so it works where a track would flood, ice over, or clog with debris. A slide gate rolls on a ground track and costs less where the ground stays clear. We install and service both.
